Meet our Team

Patrick Bawtree is Assistant Principal and KS2 Lead at Norwich Primary Academy. 

Patrick is passionate about science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) and he believes that helping children understand and enjoy these subjects is vital to their own wellbeing, as well as to the future of our planet. It is his aim for all children to experience success in their mathematical understanding from a young age.  

Prior to joining Norwich Primary Academy, Patrick taught across different boroughs of London and in Norfolk. He has experience in a variety of leadership roles, from Key Stage Lead to Curriculum Lead and has been awarded the prestigious Primary Science Quality Mark Gold Award. During his time in education, Patrick has gained a strong understanding of how to help pupils from all walks of life to progress and achieve their best.
