Behaviour & Rewards

We promote good behaviour by use of praise and rewards. Children can gain house points towards reward activities and trips. We send home regular notes with children who are working/behaving well to enable you to help them share this. Certificates are given out in assemblies weekly, and class prizes in the summer. 

If children do misbehave, we aim to work with them to correct that behaviour. However, if this continues, they may have to work in another classroom for a short while or be sent to a member of the leadership team. Learning missed may be made up in ‘makeup’ time at the start of the lunch hour.
